How seats work
A seat is one active member of your congregation. Pastors and church leaders using the Shepherd Dashboard do not use up member seats. If a member leaves, deactivate them to free the seat; their record is kept, and you can reactivate them later if there is room.
Add seats any time from your dashboard. The change takes effect right away and is prorated for the rest of the billing period. To reduce seats, you schedule it, and it applies at your next renewal, so you are never charged for capacity you have released.
