Affiliate Policy
Effective Date: January 10, 2026 · Last Updated: September 10, 2026
This Affiliate Program Policy ("Policy") governs participation in the Abide365 referral partner program (the "Program") and supplements the Abide365 Terms of Agreement and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION AT AFFILIATE.ABIDE365.COM/SIGNUP OR OTHERWISE CREATING AN AFFILIATE ACCOUNT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS POLICY, THE ABIDE365 TERMS OF AGREEMENT, AND THE ABIDE365 PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT SUBMIT AN APPLICATION.
1. Program Overview
The Program allows approved individuals and organizations ("Affiliates," "you") to earn a commission by referring churches and faith communities that become paying Tenants on the Abide365 platform.
2. Eligibility and Application
2.1 To participate, you must submit an application through the affiliate signup flow, providing accurate identifying information.
2.2 All new affiliate accounts are created with a pending status. Pending status does not entitle you to a referral code's commission eligibility beyond what is described below, and does not guarantee approval.
2.3 A Majestic administrator reviews pending applications and may approve, deny, or later suspend any affiliate account in its sole discretion. Abide365 may decline any application, or suspend any active Affiliate, for any lawful reason, including concerns about fit, conduct, or compliance risk.
2.4 Upon approval, your status changes to active, and you receive a unique referral code and referral link (e.g., abide365.com/auth?ref=YOURCODE) and access to your Affiliate Dashboard.
3. Referral Mechanics
3.1 Tracking. A referral "click" is recorded when a prospective church decision-maker visits the Platform using your referral link. This click is attributed to your account.
3.2 Conversion. A click converts when the referred individual completes the institutional onboarding flow and a new Tenant is created. Upon conversion, a commission record is generated at the commission rate then applicable to your account.
3.3 Attribution window and disputes. Commission attribution is based on the referral link used at the time the Tenant account was created. Abide365's system records govern attribution determinations. If you believe a referral was mis-attributed or missed, contact Abide365 support with supporting details within 30 days of the Tenant's signup.
4. Commission Structure
4.1 Rate. The standard commission rate is set globally by Abide365 (currently 10% of the applicable seat-based subscription value, subject to change prospectively) and is captured on each commission record at the time it is generated. Abide365 may, in its discretion, set a custom commission rate for a specific Affiliate, which will be reflected in your Affiliate Dashboard.
4.2 Rate changes. Abide365 may adjust the standard or your custom commission rate prospectively upon notice. Rate changes do not alter the rate already locked in on commission records generated before the change.
4.3 Commission status. Each commission record carries a status of pending (accrued but not yet paid), paid (transferred to you), or cancelled (reversed — see Section 6).
5. Payment of Commissions
5.1 Stripe Connect required. Commission payouts are made via Stripe Connect transfer. You must complete Stripe Connect onboarding, including any identity-verification steps Stripe requires, before any commission can be paid. Commissions accrue as "pending" even before onboarding is complete, but will not be released until onboarding is finished and your account status is active.
5.2 Automatic payout threshold. Pending commissions are automatically paid out once your accrued, unpaid balance reaches the platform's payout threshold (currently $25, subject to change by Abide365), subject to Stripe's own minimum transfer amount (currently $1.00). Amounts below the applicable minimum remain pending until the threshold is met.
5.3 Manual payout. Abide365 may, at its discretion, initiate a manual payout of your pending balance outside the automatic threshold process.
5.4 No guarantee of timing. While Abide365 uses commercially reasonable, automated processes to issue payouts, payout timing may be affected by factors outside our control, including Stripe processing, platform balance availability, or incomplete onboarding on your part.
5.5 Taxes. You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on commissions you receive. Abide365 may issue applicable tax forms (e.g., IRS Form 1099) as required by law and may request tax identification information through Stripe Connect onboarding as a condition of payout.
6. Clawbacks, Reversals, and Cancellations
6.1 A commission may be marked cancelled, and any associated pending balance reversed, if: the referred Tenant's subscription is refunded, charged back, or cancelled within a reasonably short period following signup; the referral is later determined to be fraudulent, self-referred, or obtained through a violation of Section 7; or the underlying transaction is otherwise reversed.
6.2 If a commission is reversed after it has already been paid out to you, Abide365 reserves the right to deduct the reversed amount from your future commission payouts or to invoice you directly for the reversed amount.
7. Affiliate Conduct Requirements
As a condition of continued participation, you agree that you will:
7.1 Represent Abide365 accurately and will not make false, misleading, or unauthorized claims about the Platform, its pricing, or its features.
7.2 Not engage in spam, unsolicited bulk email/text messaging, or any deceptive marketing practice to generate referral traffic.
7.3 Comply with all applicable advertising and disclosure laws, including FTC guidelines on material connections — you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with Abide365 whenever you promote your referral link (e.g., "I earn a commission if your church signs up through this link").
7.4 Not bid on, register, or use Abide365's trademarks, brand names, or confusingly similar terms in paid search advertising, domain names, or social media handles without prior written consent.
7.5 Not attempt to refer your own church, organization, or any Tenant with which you have an undisclosed financial interest, in a manner designed to generate self-dealing commissions.
7.6 Not circumvent, manipulate, or artificially inflate referral clicks or conversions.
Violation of this Section 7 may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions, suspension, or termination from the Program, in addition to any other remedies available to Abide365 under the Terms of Agreement.
8. Independent Contractor Relationship
You participate in the Program as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Policy creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Abide365. You have no authority to bind Abide365 to any obligation, and you are solely responsible for your own business expenses, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable law in the jurisdiction(s) where you operate.
9. Confidentiality
Any non-public information you receive about the Platform, its pricing, its Tenants, or Abide365's business in connection with the Program is confidential and may be used solely to perform your referral activities under this Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
Abide365 may make available limited referral materials (e.g., your unique link, approved promotional copy) for your use in promoting the Program. All Abide365 trademarks, logos, and materials remain the exclusive property of Abide365. Your participation grants you no ownership interest in Abide365's intellectual property, and any license to use Abide365 marks is limited, revocable, and non-transferable.
11. Term, Suspension, and Termination
11.1 This Policy remains in effect for as long as you maintain an active or pending Affiliate account.
11.2 Abide365 may suspend or terminate your Affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of this Policy, the Terms of Agreement, or applicable law.
11.3 You may terminate your participation at any time by ceasing referral activity and requesting account closure.
11.4 Upon termination, any commissions already earned in "pending" status for conversions that occurred prior to termination and that are not subject to a clawback under Section 6 will generally remain payable once the applicable payout conditions are met, unless termination was for cause related to fraud or a material violation of Section 7, in which case Abide365 may withhold or forfeit unpaid commissions to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes to This Policy
Abide365 may modify this Policy from time to time, including commission rates, payout thresholds, and conduct requirements. Material changes will be communicated via the Affiliate Dashboard or by email. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the changes; if you do not agree to a change, your sole remedy is to stop referral activity and close your account.
13. Limitation of Liability
Abide365's aggregate liability to you arising out of or related to the Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Abide365 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
