A look inside your disciples' sanctuary

  1. Each morning a member opens your church's sanctuary to three numbered cards: the Daily Word, the Daily Lesson, and the Daily Walk.
  2. The Daily Word: today's Bible verse is waiting for the member.
  3. Next, a short Morning Prayer to start the day.
  4. Back on the home screen, card 1 is checked off. The Daily Lesson is next.
  5. The Daily Lesson opens a short lesson, read one page at a time.
  6. Finishing the lesson checks off card 2 and unlocks the Daily Walk.
  7. The Daily Walk: a digital coach asks how God moved in the member's day.
  8. The member answers in their own words.
  9. The digital coach responds with encouragement and a nudge to encourage someone else.
  10. All three cards are checked. The day streak and the 365-day progress bar move forward.

For your members

A daily discipleship app your whole congregation can keep up with

Each member opens your church's sanctuary to three numbered cards: the Daily Word, the Daily Lesson, and the Daily Walk. It is built to take minutes, not hours, so it fits real life.

A daily Bible reading and prayer habit for your whole congregation

The Daily Word puts Scripture in front of every member each morning. Open the first card and today's Bible verse is waiting, followed by a Morning Prayer.

  • A new Bible verse and a new Morning Prayer every day.
  • A quick check-in after the prayer: members mark how they feel (Joyful, Neutral, Sad, or Troubled).
  • Available in English and Spanish, so every family in your church can follow along.

Structured discipleship lessons that build week after week

The Daily Lesson takes disciples deeper one lesson at a time. Lessons open in order, so growth builds on itself instead of starting over each week.

  • A course library shows which lesson is Current and which are Completed.
  • The rhythm is Lesson 1, then Walk 1, then Lesson 2, then Walk 2. The next lesson stays locked until the member finishes their walk, so no one skips ahead.
  • Lessons are available in English and Spanish.

Guided daily reflection that turns Scripture into action

The Daily Walk is a short, guided conversation with a digital coach. It first asks how God moved in the member's day. Then comes one more question that points either inward or outward, so reading becomes reflection and reflection becomes action.

Look in

How did my heart respond? Questions that build inner growth and spiritual maturity.

Look out

How can I encourage or serve someone else? Questions that move members toward disciple-making.

  • Each of the two answers needs at least 30 words, which keeps reflection thoughtful instead of a quick tap.
  • The walk stays open for 24 hours, then every finished walk is saved to the member's Archive.
  • Members are encouraged to walk in the evening so they can look back on the whole day.

Build lasting spiritual habits with streaks, reminders, and a 365-day journey

Discipleship sticks when it becomes a habit. Abide365 gives members clear progress to protect and gentle nudges to keep going.

  • A 365-day journey with a progress bar and a day streak on every member's home screen.
  • My Journey: an AI-written summary of how the member has grown, plus a Personal Pulse note about what they have been sharing lately. The Archive keeps every finished walk to read again.
  • Optional email reminders, sent 30 minutes before the morning devotion and evening reflection times each member chooses.
  • A Sunday recap email with the week's walks and current streak, and encouragement emails for milestones such as a first walk, streaks, and finishing a course.

For pastors and church leaders

Church member care app that shows you who needs a call

Most churches cannot see what happens between services. The Shepherd Dashboard shows how your congregation is walking and surfaces the members who may need you, so your pastoral attention goes where it matters most.

A look inside your Shepherd Dashboard

  1. Your Overview opens with an AI Spiritual Pulse: a short summary of what your congregation is reflecting on.
  2. Flock Vitality counts your total members, who was active this week, who is silent today, and who has not finished setting up.
  3. Recent activity shows who completed a walk, finished a lesson, or has gone quiet. Next, open the Congregation roster.
  4. The roster shows every member's participation and progress, with your church invite code and a Copy Invitation button.
  5. Copy Invitation puts a ready-to-send message, with your web address and invite code, on your clipboard.
  6. Open a private message with the member who may need you, and write a personal word of encouragement.
  7. Send it. Only you and the member can see the conversation.
  8. The member replies in their own inbox, and you get an email when they do.
  9. Back on the roster, the member who needs guidance is flagged for you.
  10. Once you have talked, mark the flag Resolved. It clears from your roster.

Care flags and care alerts

When a member's Daily Walk or reflection suggests they may be upset, confused about Scripture, or asking for help, a Guidance Needed flag appears on their row. You also get an email alert so you can reach out before someone slips away. You can flag a member yourself, and mark the flag Resolved once you have talked with them.

Congregation roster with progress

One table shows every member's status, whether they walked in the last 24 hours, their progress score in the 365-day journey, and whether they need guidance. Open a member's row to message them or deactivate their account.

AI Spiritual Pulse and Flock Vitality

The Overview page sums up what your congregation is reflecting on as a group. Flock Vitality shows total members, how many were active this week, how many are silent today, and how many have not finished setting up. Recent activity and a 30-day view show how your church is walking.

Direct pastoral messaging

Send encouragement one-on-one from the dashboard. Members read it in their own inbox and reply there, and you get an email when they do. Messages stay within your church, between you and that member.

Weekly congregation report

Once a week you get a short email with active members, members who walked, walks completed, who was quiet, and new members, so you stay informed without logging in.

What you see, and what you don't

You see that a care flag was raised, and you decide how to follow up. You do not see the journal or Daily Walk content that triggered it, and the care alert email names no one and includes nothing a member wrote. Care flags are an aid to your pastoral judgment, not a counseling, medical, or crisis service, and they do not replace your care.

See it in action

Watch a care flag become a conversation

From the care alert in your inbox to a private message and a resolved flag, here is how pastoral care works in Abide365, one step at a time.

  1. You get a care alert by email. It never names the member or includes anything they wrote.
  2. One click opens your Congregation roster, where the member who may need guidance is flagged.
  3. Every member's participation and progress sit in one table. Open a private message with the member who needs you.
  4. Write a personal word of encouragement.
  5. Send it. Only you and the member can see the conversation.
  6. The member replies in their own inbox, and you get an email when they do.
  7. After you have talked, mark the flag Resolved. It clears from your roster.

Built for your church

Your own branded church discipleship platform

Abide365 feels like your church, not a generic app. Pick your own web address and make the sanctuary yours.

  • Your own web address, like yourchurch.abide365.io, with your church logo, brand color, and tagline.
  • A homepage image and a public About page with your vision and a photo of you and your leadership.
  • Your color shows in your dashboard and on every member's pages.

Simple member onboarding and seat management

Getting your congregation started takes one message, and staying in control of seats takes one page.

  • Copy Invitation: one ready-to-send message with your web address, the steps, and your church invite code. Paste it into a text, email, or group chat.
  • Members only: your invite code never changes, and only people who have it can register.
  • Setup reminders: if no one has registered yet, Abide365 emails you with your invite code and how to share it.
  • Seats at a glance: see how many seats are used (for example, 7 of 10), and get an email when you are nearly full or out of seats.
  • Flexible seats: add seats any time (prorated, effective right away), free a seat by deactivating a member while keeping their record, and schedule reductions for renewal.

One seat is one active member, and pastors and leaders do not use up seats. See pricing: $19.95 per seat per month.

Bilingual, mobile-friendly discipleship in English and Spanish

Your congregation is not one language or one device, and Abide365 is built for that.

  • Switch between English and Spanish at any time. The interface, lessons, and Scripture follow, and the app remembers the choice.
  • Works in any modern browser on phones, tablets, and computers, with nothing to download from an app store.
  • Add it to the home screen of an iPhone or Android phone and it opens like an app.
  • A built-in Help Center with step-by-step guides, in English and Spanish, for pastors and members.

Private by design, with AI used responsibly

You are trusted with your people's spiritual lives, and Abide365 is designed to honor that.

  • Each church has its own separate space, and only people with your church invite code can join.
  • Pastors see that a care flag was raised, never what the member wrote.
  • AI helps generate devotional content and guided conversation, grounded in Scripture. It supports your pastoral care and never replaces it.
  • Read exactly what is collected and who can see it in the Privacy Policy.
